Shipping Policy
We are so excited to get your whimsical item to you, and start to work on orders immediately, in order of when they are received. Custom items will be shipped the next business day that they are fully completed. All online orders currently in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For more information about how long custom orders take, please visit the product pages for individual processing times, our FAQ page, or feel free to fill out our contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping available through checkout is currently domestic only, and is based off of weight of the items ordered, unless you qualify for free shipping. We shipping most of our items through USPS either First Class or Priority Ground, unless Expediated is requested and paid for. You will be given tracking via the email you provided at checkout as soon as the item is shipped. All checked out orders valued at $99 or less are automatically insured. Insurance is available for an additional fee for products worth $100 or more. Please leave a note at checkout if paying for a large order and you're interested in having it insured. All custom party or wholesale orders are automatically insured.
Orders can not be reshipped if it has been verified as delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect address information provided. Please double check the shipping address provided is correct. We purchase delivery confirmation on each domestic shipment. If the post office confirms that the package was delivered, we will not replace an order. If, for some reason, your package is undeliverable and is returned to us, we will contact you when the package is received. We will request an updated shipping address and will charge for reshipping fees. If you do not want us to reship and would prefer a refund, there is a 15% restock fee + original shipping charge.
Please take Holidays into consideration. USPS, UPS and FedEx tend to run a little behind on delivery during major holidays, especially Christmas. Please allow a few extra days for your package to be delivered. We will guarantee that your package will be shipped same or next business day, but we can not be held responsible for carrier shipping delays during holidays. If packages are delayed during the holidays, we apologize, but we have no control and shipping fees will not be refunded.
We take great care in making sure each item that is shipped out is in perfect condition and is well packed. If an item happens to be damaged upon delivery, it must reported within 7 business days. Return shipping will be covered only. Original shipping is nonrefundable. Once the damaged item is received back, you'll be refunded via the original method of payment, or receive a store credit.
Custom items cannot be returned.
Non custom, non damaged items can be return and refunded with 14 days of the item being received. It must be returned within the original packaging, and not used or tampered with. Once the item is received in perfect condition, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, via original method of payment.
